Nummy!!!

For making lunch at home and having to cut up some ingredients, this is THE BEST LUNCH there is --- for me!
Nachos: nuke for a 2 minutes on power5 and wha la!
multi grain chips - got my grains
refried beans - my protein
shredded cheese - my dairy
salsa - my veggie (esp tomato)
sliced black olives - ??
avocado - my healthy oil
